Video has continued to lead the way in our marketing of this local business park for Circle plc.
In addition to our print and digital media marketing, we have produced several videos to support the marketing of the two buildings at this location. These videos included a time-lapse, which was filmed over 3 months of extensive landscaping on the K1 building, and a two-centred launch event video to celebrate the completion of works.
Each video brought a different aspect of the project to life, and were used online, socially and by the commercial agents to increase overall engagement and awareness. The K1 building is now fully let.
With the K2 refurbishment finished in Sept 2016, our ever-progressive client let us produce a promotional film that took a slightly different approach. In the first half of the video we meet a potential occupier with a very demanding wish-list, and film their search for the perfect office building. We combined this with a more information-led second half, to produce an overall video to satisfy both demands.
Videos are nine times more likely to be shared than any other online content. And, according to Google, whilst only 18% of a website’s visitors read through the text, over 7o% will watch a video. Once again, this video will be widely used in the promotion of this office space, and we hope it helps towards repeating the resounding success of its K1 sister building.
