Until its sale in 2004, Crescere Resourcing was one of the
largest IT and Comms recruitment companies in the UK, with
more than 60 permanent staff.
In 2001 Dynamics was procured to design the company's first
proper website. In addition to completely new design, our
main task was to write a full content management system (CMS)
behind the website. This CMS needed to allow all internal
recruiters to place live adverts both on the company website
and online, integrating with the existing online job providers
and Crescere's internal systems. For the first time, the system
also gave staff direct and real-time access to candidates
that responded to online adverts.
The resulting system reliably serviced the needs of Crescere
right up to its sale. It successfully managed over 100,000
candidate contacts, CV's and enquires - thus increasing productivity
and providing a more efficient service to its Clients.
