Launched 2006, DPI matches quality UK property investors
with suitable development opportunities.
Once we had designed the main, from this we quickly developed
an interactive website, flyers, presentation folders, and
stationery. Our positioning advice meant DPI was also the
first to produce a tabloid advertising campaign offering
investment property for less than £5k, with outstanding
results.
We successfully targeted a specific
demographic for DPI, and after a London exhibition launch
continued to attract the right type of investors and development
partners.
The result? Since April 2006, DPI has secured almost £15
million in UK investment property, achieving more
than £2.5 million in equity return for its investors.
Now based in Greater Manchester, DPI is still going strong.
