Having delivered a number of successful projects for London
based Richland Developments, Dynamics was retained to market
Richland's latest development project at Augustus Square,
Clapham.
Dynamics suggested a strong Roman theme, which we developed
as the heart of the project's branding. This ran throughout
the interactive website, luxury brochure, exhibition material
and advertisements.
Under a pressing timeframe, Dynamics also worked with the
Augustus architects to create stunning virtual 3D walk-through
simulations of the forthcoming apartments, giving prospective
buyers a tangible insight as to what they could expect.
We reinforced this with a full water-colour artist's impression,
created entirely from the architect's plans.
This compilation of superb marketing material helped sell
the units in less than three months, securing funds for
future phases of the development.
